1. Introduction
The following Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern your access to and use of SerpSEO's website and all associated content, services, and products available at or through the domain serpseo.io (the "Website"), including but not limited to SerpSEO’s user management service (collectively referred to as the "Services").

Automatic Renewals

- SerpSEO reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting SerpSEO support.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase for users who request cancellation.
- Refunds will not be provided after the 48-hour window.
5. Support
SerpSEO offers email support, with reasonable efforts to respond within 1 business days. Support requests should pertain to the functionality and usage of the Services.
6. Marketing Permissions
By creating an account, you grant SerpSEO a non-exclusive license to use your company name and logo for marketing purposes, such as showcasing you as a customer. You can revoke this permission by notifying SerpSEO via email.
7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

- SerpSEO respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.
- If you believe your copyright is violated, notify SerpSEO for prompt action.
Ownership
